AI Engineer, Agent Systems (LLMs / RAG / Tools)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic workflows using frontier LLMs and open-source models.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Develop tool-use and function-calling patterns for production AI agents.
- Evaluate model performance, latency, and cost across use cases.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate AI into production applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- Experience deploying LLM-based systems in production.
- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval architectures.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
